Before your visit
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. Crews bring their own professional cleaning supplies. If you prefer specific products for a delicate surface like natural stone or unfinished wood, leave them out and label them.
Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
No. Many clients are out during their visit. We work with lockboxes and key arrangements you set up — share access instructions when you book so the crew arrives prepared.

What’s included
What is included in a basic clean?
Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, counters, sinks, appliance exteriors, and bathrooms scrubbed and sanitized. See the full room-by-room checklist on the Services page.
What is the difference between deep cleaning and a basic clean?
A basic clean covers the standard room-by-room checklist. Deep cleaning is a set of add-ons layered onto that same visit: inside oven and refrigerator, inside kitchen cabinets, baseboards, blinds, shutters, ceiling fans, light fixtures, fireplaces, reachable interior windows, balconies, and clutter organization. How long does a cleaning take?
Standard visits run 2, 3, or 4 hours depending on home size and the package you choose — smaller homes with a 2-person crew, larger homes (3+ bed/bath or 1,600+ sq ft) with a 3-person crew. Custom hour counts are available for bigger jobs.
Scheduling
Is same-day cleaning available?
Same-day is available when the calendar has room. We never guarantee a specific same-day slot in advance — call or text early and we will answer yes or no quickly, then confirm time, access, and price before anyone drives over.
Can I get the same crew every visit?
That is our default whenever scheduling allows. Continuity is core to how we have worked since 1992 — the same team learns your home instead of starting over.
What discounts are there for recurring service?
Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly service all cost less per visit than a one-time booking. See the exact published rates on the Recurring House Cleaning page or the cost guide.
