Choosing a cadence
Weekly service suits busy households, pets, or kids who make a home need attention every few days. Bi-weekly is the most common choice for maintaining a steady baseline. Monthly works for smaller households or as a supplement to your own routine between visits.
Discounts are built into our published hourly rates (see the exact numbers on our pricing page or the cost guide) — not a coupon that expires, just the standing rate for booking on a schedule instead of one time.
What stays the same every visit
The room-by-room checklist does not change with frequency: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas get the same standard each time. If a visit needs deep-clean add-ons (inside oven, baseboards, and so on), tell us in advance and we schedule the extra time.
